How many litres today?

i guess it is unnecessary to talk on the use of water. even a 6-year-old knows that clearly. so here i am interested to share something about drinking plain water. let's come out with common catchy question then:


" how important plain water is? "
FYI, we need at least 1 litre for each 25 kg of our weight.


if your weight is 50kg, then you must drink at least 2 litres everyday.
most people drink less than 1 litre day.
but do you know that 1.7 litre water in our body will be excreted everyday through Urination and Respiration?


So imagine if we keep on consuming only 1 litre per day!
Why is it so important to human body?
definitely because it comprises about three quarters (1/3) of the human mass and is a major component in every cell:
Brain consists of 90% water,
Muscles consist of 75%,
Bones- 22%,
Blood- 83%.

next, what will happen due to the deficiency of water?
exhaustion,
frequent headache,
sembelit,
ketegangan otot,
(ive no idea what these two called in English.)
unstable blood pressure,
lung problem,
dry skin,
and even fatal problems*!
*Unlike vitamin deficiencies which can take weeks to make someone ill,
a water deficiency can kill in days or even hours.


one more interesting fact:
Water is important to fitness and fat loss!

it is due to several reasons including the following:
Water fills us up without adding any calories,
Dehydration will degrade a person’s ability to exercise and burn calories,
Dehydration will reduce protein synthesis which is needed to build or repair muscles.


that's why when people ask about how did i lose weight, i would only say:
"minum air kosong banyak-banyak!"


so people, do start consuming more water!
"ala, berat la.", "ala, leceh laa.."

do not be so L-A-Z-Y to bring a bottle of water to anywhere (but then end up drinking other's). your health is one of the greatest gift by God. do appreciate that! disregard those LAME excuses!
tengok kat sekolah, anak sape yang selalu jinjing (not bad jgak ye BM saye!) botol air?
and anak sape yang selalu bijak?


me: i consume at least 3.5 litres per day.
and undeniably i frequently go to toilet.


some good buddies said: "toilet is Bella's second home" =P
but i dont care at all cause i love MYSELF the most!

thank God that i've gotten used to it.
plus, i've gotten to know where almost all toilets kat UIA are! (toilet-direction informer. haha)


How to start?


recommended method by me:

one dot for each bottle. at the end of the day, count all of them. like shown above, there are 4 dots at the 600ml-water bottle column. so it means that i had consumed 2.4 litre.
and yea, bear this in mind too:

"make sure that today is better than yesterday,
and tomorrow is better than today"
